My Approach and Expertise
Success as a clinician is deeply rooted in the quality of the therapeutic relationship. While theory and modality are essential, the foundation lies in creating a safe, attuned, and collaborative connection with clients.
I cultivate these relationships through a polyvagal-informed, attachment-centered lens, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s lived experience. My clinical training includes certification as an EMDR consultant, advanced training in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Additionally, I bring a holistic perspective informed by years as a yoga teacher, Reiki master, and Social Work educator.

Consultation Services
I offer consultation for clinicians seeking to develop a practice that is both relationally grounded and theoretically robust, with flexibility to honor clients’ unique narratives—particularly those shaped by trauma.

Clinical Supervision
I also provide clinical supervision for professionals working toward independent licensure, fostering growth through reflective practice and integrative learning.

Trauma Intensives
I provide short-term, immersive trauma intensives designed for deep, focused healing. These intensives range from 1 to 5 consecutive days, with 2–5 hours of therapy per day, creating a concentrated space for transformation and integration.

Each intensive draws on body-based trauma interventions, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Brainspotting, all applied through a polyvagal-informed and attachment-centered lens. This approach supports nervous system regulation, fosters safety, and honors the complexity of each client’s lived experience.
