For Therapists
Success as a clinician/therapist, relies in part on the relationship you're able to develop with your clients and secondarily, on the theories and their respective modalities you learn to pair with your client's needs. I develop relationships with clients from a polyvagal informed, attachment centered approach. I am also trained, certified, and a consultant in EMDR, trained in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems. I also have extensive experience as a yoga teacher, Reiki master and Social Work Educator. I offer consultation for clinicians wanting to build a relationally and theoretically bound practice that is flexible and informed by client's lived experiences, notably those informed by past trauma. I also offer clinical supervision for those working toward independent licensure. |
For Clients
I offer short-term, immersive trauma intensives (1-5 days of therapy, 2 - 5 hours each day) integrating various body-based trauma interventions such as Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Brainspotting utilizing polyvagal and attachment lenses.
